This information about shipping, delivery and payment applies in addition to the general terms of service and shopkeepers’ note for the FoAM shop.

Shipping methods

We ship our products worldwide. Items may be stored at different locations (and customs jurisdictions) in the FoAM network. If your order has multiple items, it may be sent in separate shipments.

We use Packlink to provide a range of shipping options alongside the international postal service. The available shipping options should be shown on the checkout page.

Estimated shipping times may vary, approximately 3-5 days within Europe and up to a week worldwide. There may be delays to these estimates due to issues that are beyond the FoAM shop’s control. Tracking information will be provided with every order.

For deliveries outside the EEA or EFTA you may be subject to additional taxes or duties. If this applies, the recipient is responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Payment methods

We use WooPayments to accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer via SEPA, Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. If you prefer to pay another way, such as cryptocurrency or barter, please contact us.
